Please provide invoice and packing list, we will offer the freight as per selected mode of shipping, then we initiate the booking and will handle as per shipping terms

What kind of documentation do I need to provide?

Mainly documents like commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, required for any consignment. Besides if you are working with us first time, we will require KYC of your company or individual.

How do I track my shipment?

You may directly track your consignment through online dedicated tracking portal once you booked.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Several factors impacting pricing, including weight, volume, distance, mode of transport, and any additional fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our first priority to accept payment direct to Bank Transfer. We accept payments via UPI ID, QR, Paypal/ Razor Pay too.

Do you offer any special rates for large volume shipments?

Yes, we offer discounts on volumetric or regular clients.

How do you handle customs clearance?

As a customs broker we are using third party for goods clearance, each product requires different documentation, and NOC’s and follow procedures. To make hustle free customs handling we experienced team members for Export/ Import of goods clearance.

Do you offer cargo insurance?

Yes, we offer cargo insurance on request of shipper/ consignee through our Swiss insurance agent and covers ‘All Risk’. For insurance you have to pay extra as per policy purchased.

Do you offer any value-added services?

Yes we offers services like white, labelling, packaging, repackaging or storage options for by 3PL.

Do you require a deposit for booking?

Yes we require an advance amount USD 100 for sea & air cargo; it will be adjusted in final billing. We takes this advance, because sometimes suddenly shipment cancelled by shipper and consignee, the slot of cargo remain empty, and the carrier lines charged us penalty.

Can you accommodate oversized or heavy loads?

We provide third party warehouses as per requirement, cranes/ forklifts etc too on additional cost.

Can you handle fragile items?

We handle fragile items, packaging door to door handling including insurance.

Do you transport hazardous materials?

We handle all kind of hazardous materials which have proper NOCs, MSDS, legally can export or import.

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

We offer door to door delivery through our international forwarding associate agents.

What are your cancellation policies?

If shipment cancelled after space confirmed by airline or release container from shipping line, USD 100 per consignment/ container will be charged. For sea cargo, container movement charges/ also local terminal/ warehouse fees will be included in billing.

If shipment cancelled after arrival at Customs Bonded Zone, must pay all expenses at actual billing, along with our handling charges for the Back to Town process.
